Content creator terms and conditions

1. Purpose of the Collaboration

The purpose of this agreement is to define the framework for a commercial collaboration in which the Content Creator promotes the Amaroq Glampings products through their social media channels.

2. Deliverables and Activations

The Content Creator agrees to produce and publish the following:

• 1 Reel

• 1 carousel post

Both activations must clearly showcase and promote the Amaroq Glamping’s product(s) in accordance with agreed messaging and visual guidelines.

3. Deadlines and Content Delivery

• All visual content (photos and videos), including content posted on social media, must be delivered in high quality via WeTransfer no later than 7 days after publication on the Content Creator’s profile.

• Content must be delivered without watermarks and in original resolution.

4. Usage Rights

Amaroq Glamping is granted full and unlimited usage rights to all content produced as part of the collaboration. This includes the right to use the material in marketing – including but not limited to: website, social media, advertisements, and print – without further compensation.

5. Disclosure and Legal Compliance

The Content Creator agrees to comply with applicable advertising laws, including clearly labeling sponsored content using terms such as “Advertisement” or “Sponsored collaboration with [Amaroq Glamping”.

6. Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance of this agreement is considered binding when the Content Creator confirms the collaboration in writing via email.
